Connecting to the university web server (Webserve) via SSH or SFTP

To upload files to or download files from your web account, use the following address:

webserve.iu.edu

Webserve is the central web server for Indiana University Bloomington, IUPUI, IU Northwest, and IU Kokomo.

Note: For your personal web page at mypage.iu.edu, connect to Mercury to work with your files; see Creating a personal home page on Mypage

Although you view your pages at www.indiana.edu, www.iupui.edu, www.iun.edu, or www.iuk.edu, Webserve handles all SSH and SFTP connections to the web server.
