Whom to contact about classroom media equipment problems
To report problems with multimedia equipment in a classroom, faculty can call Classroom Technology Services (CTS) at 812-855-8765. For more information, and a list of advanced technology classrooms at Indiana University Bloomington, see Classroom Support.
To report problems with classroom multimedia equipment in one of the UITS Student Technology Centers (STCs) at IUB, call Technology Center Consulting at 812-855-3802. A consultant will come to your room to fix the problem. If the problem isn't resolved, a consultant will pass it to the appropriate personnel.
