"Login is incorrect" errors in WorkFlows
If you get the error message "Login is incorrect" in WorkFlows, you have entered an incorrect PIN.
Make sure you are using the correct PIN and try again. If you enter an incorrect PIN on three consecutive attempts, your Symphony server session will close. If this occurs, restart WorkFlows to log in with the correct PIN. In WorkFlows, your username and PIN are not case sensitive.
