If you forget your WorkFlows PIN

At Indiana University, if you have forgotten your WorkFlows PIN, Library Information Technology (LIT) will reset it for you. Email LIT with your full name and username. LIT staff cannot see your current PIN, but can reset it. Send PIN reset requests directly to LIT; do not go through your supervisor.

All staff throughout the IU system should contact LIT to reset a WorkFlows PIN. UITS does not handle security for WorkFlows and the Symphony system.
