Falcon
Falcon was a university-wide system for managing technology support. It provided a centralized system to track and expedite all technology support issues within Indiana University.
Falcon entered production on July 1, 2002. In summer 2009, Falcon was replaced with the FootPrints service desk system. For more, see What is FootPrints?
