Reserving a Polycom Teleconferencing Unit at IUB and IUPUI
UITS maintains a Polycom Teleconferencing Unit (speakerphone) available for departmental use. The speakerphone is rented on a first come, first served basis.
- At Indiana University Bloomington, reserve the speakerphone in
advance by calling 812-855-2111 or emailing Telecom
Consulting. In your message, include the date you would like to
use the equipment and the account number to bill. You can pick up the
unit at the Voice Services office for a charge of $10. If you prefer,
UITS will deliver the unit to your department and pick it up for a
charge of $20.
- At IUPUI, phone Central Attendant Services at 317-274-3043 to reserve the speakerphone. Conference speakerphones at IUPUI do not have a rental fee.
