Note: These instructions are to store numbers on your telephone itself. If you are subscribed, you can use the Speed Calling feature instead. Speed Calling stores numbers on your phone line, not the telephone. See Speed calling To store phone numbers on your telephone, see the instructions below for your model.

The Store button allows you to store 10 one-touch numbers and 10 two-touch numbers for automatic dialing.

Store a number
- Lift the handset and press the Store button. (You will continue to hear
a dial tone throughout this process.)
- Dial the telephone number or feature code to program. To insert a
pause in the dialing sequence, press the Pause button.
- Press the Store button, and then press the memory button you want to
associate with the number or function you have programmed. To store
something in a two-touch memory location, press the Shift button
before pressing memory.
- If you are finished, return the handset to the cradle, or press the Store button to continue storing numbers.
- Lift the handset and press the Store button. (You will continue to hear
a dial tone throughout this process.)

Call from a memory button
- Lift the handset or press Handsfree/Mute.
- Press the memory button with the number you want to dial.
- Lift the handset or press Handsfree/Mute.
Comdial Impression
The Comdial Impression phone is equipped with 20 memory buttons for storing frequently dialed numbers. Programming the Comdial allows you to store feature codes and telephone numbers to the memory buttons on your telephone.

Store a number or feature code
- Leave the handset in the cradle, and press the Store button.
- Dial the number or feature code you wish to program.
- Press the memory button to which you would like to save the number, and then press the Store button.
- Leave the handset in the cradle, and press the Store button.

- Lift the handset or press Handsfree/Mute.
- Press the memory button with the number you want to dial.
- Lift the handset or press Handsfree/Mute.
IUPUI
Panasonic Model KX-T2355 Easa (IUPUI)
The Panasonic Easa phone has 14 memory buttons that each consist of upper and lower memory locations. Each location (upper and lower) is capable of storing 16 digits.

Store a phone number
- Push Prog until the Memory Indicator lights up.
- Push the selected station button, and then dial the number to be
stored.
Note: To program delays in the dialing sequence of your number, use the Pause (or Pause/Save) button.
- Push the Memory button (the bottom button in the middle row
of programmable buttons).
- To continue programming additional buttons, repeat steps 2 and 3. When finished, push Prog.
- Push Prog until the Memory Indicator lights up.

Store a phone number in the lower position
- Push Prog until the Memory Indicator lights up.
- Push the Lower button, and then push the selected station button.
- Dial the number to be stored, and then push the Memory button (the
bottom button in the middle row of programmable buttons).
- To continue programming additional buttons, repeat steps 2 and 3. When finished, push Prog.
- Push Prog until the Memory Indicator lights up.

Call numbers stored in the station buttons
- Lift the handset or select hands-free mode.
- To dial a number stored on the upper station, press the station button.
To dial a number stored on the lower station, press Lower, and then the station button.
- Lift the handset or select hands-free mode.
ATT 925 Speakerphone
The ATT 925 Speakerphone can store up to 32 telephone numbers, each up to 24 digits long. This telephone supports both one- and two-touch dialing.

One-touch dialing
The 16 white spaces on the directory card are one-touch memory locations. Dial one of these numbers by pressing the memory button next to the number.

Store a number
- Lift the handset or press Speaker. You will hear the dial tone.
- Press and release Program.
- Dial the telephone number you want to store. You will hear a beep
each time you press a button. If you want to store a dialing delay in
the phone number, press Pause; a three-second dialing delay is then
stored in the dialing sequence. Each three-second pause counts as one
digit. Memory locations can store up to 24 digits.
- Press and release the memory button where you are storing the
number. You will hear two beeps to confirm that the number has been
stored correctly. Hang up or press Speaker when you are finished.
Note: Each time you complete storing a telephone number by pressing a memory location, listen for two quick beeps to confirm that the number has been stored in memory. If you hear several beeps, the number has not been stored; hang up and start over.
- Lift the handset or press Speaker. You will hear the dial tone.

Two-touch dialing
The 16 gray spaces on the directory card are two-touch memory locations. To dial one of these numbers, you must press Lower and then the memory button next to the number.

Dial a number
- Lift the handset or press Speaker and listen for a dial tone, and
then press Lower.
- Press the memory button with the number you want to dial.
- Lift the handset or press Speaker and listen for a dial tone, and
then press Lower.

The directory card
Remove the plastic cover and the directory card that is on the base. Write your telephone numbers in the spaces provided, and write the telephone numbers (or names) that you want to store in each memory location.
Note: You may choose to store emergency numbers in memory locations. This feature is provided only as a convenience and neither the manufacturer nor UITS assume any responsibility for customer reliance upon the memory feature.
Vodavi
You may record frequently dialed numbers on the lined card. For models with speed dial memory, the card is for recording the telephone numbers you store in the one-touch speed dial memory. To remove the card, place a paper clip in the hole at the top of the overlay covering the card. Gently lift to expose the card.
You can store up to 10 frequently dialed telephone numbers in the telephone memory. You can access a number stored in memory with one touch of a speed dial button. A lithium battery is used to retain the telephone numbers stored in memory when the telephone is unplugged. Therefore, no additional batteries are required.

Store a telephone number in memory
- Lift the handset. Press and hold the Store button until the dial tone
stops and you hear a beep.
- Press one of the 10 speed dial buttons where you want to store
the telephone number.
- Dial the number to be stored in memory.
- Press the Store button. After you hear the confirmation tone, the number is stored.
- Lift the handset. Press and hold the Store button until the dial tone
stops and you hear a beep.

To clear a number from a speed dial button
- Lift the handset.
- Press and hold the Store button. The dial tone will stop and you
will hear a beep.
- Press one of the 10 speed dial buttons from which you want to clear
the telephone number.
- Press the Store button. When you hear the confirmation tone, you have successfully cleared the number.
- Lift the handset.

To dial a telephone number stored in memory
- Lift the handset or press Spkr.
- Press the memory button where you stored the telephone number.
- Lift the handset or press Spkr.

Store a number
- Lift the handset and press the Store button.
- Dial the telephone number or feature code to program
(maximum 15 digits).
- To insert a pause into the number sequence (e.g., to wait
for an outside line), press Pause.
- Press the Store button, and then press the Memory button.
- Place the handset on the hook or press the Store button
to continue storing numbers.
- Use the pull-out memory index at the base of the telephone to note the name and the memory button where it is stored.
- Lift the handset and press the Store button.

Dial stored numbers with one-touch memory
To dial the stored numbers in the 10 one-touch memory locations, lift the handset and press the memory location button. The number will be dialed automatically.
Meridian Business Set M5112, M5312, and M5316
The auto dial feature allows you to program telephone numbers which can be dialed quickly and easily from buttons on a business set offering this feature.
To program an auto dial button:
- With the handset down, press the button where you wish to store
the telephone number.
- Dial the number as if you were calling it and press the button again, and the telephone number will save.
To call the number, pick up the handset and press the button beside the number you want to call.
To erase a stored number, press the key to which the number is saved and the # (pound sign) symbol. You can store up to 24 digits with each auto dial key.
Meridian Business Set M5316 only
On a Meridian Business Set M5316, buttons 11, 12, and 13 are assigned by default to Save Number, Memory Number, and Pause, but can be reassigned to features you request (Central Office features). If Central Office features are enabled, the following instructions will not work. See Central Office Features (Meridian M5316)
Save Number
The Save Number feature allows you to save the telephone number you are calling so you can quickly redial the number the next time you call. To save the number for the current call, press the Save # (11) button before the end of the call. When the number has been saved, the Save Number indicator turns on for two seconds.
To make a call using the number you saved, press the Save # (11) button. Pick up the handset or press Handsfree. The previously saved number is dialed automatically. The number remains unchanged until you save another number.
Memory Number
The Memory Number feature allows you to program up to three telephone numbers which can be dialed quickly. Note that the "Memory ?" option does not appear on the Program menu when Central Office features are enabled.
To program a number into memory:
- Press Program.
- Press <<<| |>>> until "Memory ?" is shown on the
display.
- Press Hold.
- Press <<<| |>>> until the desired memory
location (M1, M2, or M3) is shown on the display. (If a number has
already been stored, it is also shown on the display.)
- Enter the number you wish to store.
Note: If the number requires a pause in dialing (e.g., after dialing 9 to reach an outside line, or after dialing an international code), press Pause (13) at the appropriate place when entering the number.
- Press Hold to save the new setting.
- Press Program or RLS to exit programming mode.
To make a call using Memory Number, press Memory (12) until the stored number you wish to call (M1, M2, or M3) is shown on the display, and then pick up the handset or press Handsfree.
