Speakerphone
To make or answer a call using the speakerphone on your office telephone, see the appropriate instructions below. On all models, you can switch between the speakerphone and handset in the middle of a call. To switch from hands-free to handset, lift the handset; to switch from handset to hands-free, press your telephone's Handsfree, Speaker, or Speakerphone button, and then hang up the handset.

Caller ID telephones
To make a hands-free call:
- Press Handsfree/Mute, or select line 1 or 2.
- Dial the number.
- To end the call, press RLS.
To answer a call using the speakerphone, press Handsfree/Mute; to end the call, press RLS.
Panasonic Model KX-T2355 Easa
To make a hands-free call:
- Press and hold the Speakerphone button until the red indicator lights
and you hear a dial tone.
- Dial the number.
- To end the call, press the Speakerphone button.
To answer a call using the speakerphone, press Speakerphone; to end the call, press Speakerphone again.
ATT 925 Speakerphone
To make a call using the speakerphone:
- Press and hold Speaker for approximately 1 second, until you hear a dial
tone.
- Dial the number.
- To end the call, press Speaker.
To answer a call using the speakerphone, press Speaker; to end the call, press Speaker again.
Vodavi Starplus
To make a hands-free call:
- Press the Speaker button.
- Dial the number.
- To end the call, lift and then hang up the handset.
To answer a call using the speakerphone, press the Speaker button; to end the call, lift and then hang up the handset.
Meridian Business Set M5112, M5312, and M5316
To make a hands-free call:
- Press any number button on your set to select the outgoing line.
- Dial the number.
- When your call is answered, press Handsfree, and then begin speaking.
- To end the call, press RLS.
To answer a call using the speakerphone, press the button beside the flashing diamond for the line you want to answer, and then press Handsfree. To end the call, press RLS.
