Telephones in campus housing
In most residence halls and apartments at Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI, local telephone service is provided as part of your campus housing contract. You must, however, supply your own telephone.
Note: In Union Street Center, you must request a land line if you wish to plug in a phone. A one-time fee of $59 will be charged to your bursar bill. Call 812-855-4455 or email Campus Housing Telephone Services.
Note: Direct-dial long distance is not available in campus housing at IUB and IUPUI. However, IU has partnered with MobileSphere to provide residential long distance and international calling. For more, see Personal long distance calls Also, students, faculty, and staff may take advantage of special pricing for AT&T personal cellular service; see Personal discounts through AT&T.
