New office telephone lines for faculty and staff at Indiana University will use UniCom Enterprise Voice/Microsoft Lync in most cases. UITS Telephony Systems will provide equipment compatible with UniCom to new customers.

Telephones in campus housing
At Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI, when requested, one telephone line with local telephone service is provided for each residence hall room or on-campus apartment as part of your campus housing contract. You must, however, supply your own telephone.
Note: If your housing facility currently does not have an active telephone line and you'd like one, call 812-855-4455 or email Campus Housing Telephone Services to have the line activated at no charge.
