If you stop receiving email when you switch from desktop redirection to the BES Redirector service
If you find that you have stopped receiving email on your BlackBerry device since switching from desktop redirection to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) Redirector service, verify that redirection is still enabled:
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click
Email Settings.
- In the "General" section, under "Message Redirection", make sure
that the
Forward incoming messages to your deviceis checked. ClickOK.
If this doesn't solve the problem, contact your local support provider (LSP) or campus Support Center.
