Human Resources Management System
The mission of the Human Resources Management System team is to provide analysis, design, application development, deployment, and support of all enterprise systems used to manage the employment records, benefits, and payroll for all university faculty, staff, and hourly workers. The enterprise systems in this area consist largely of Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions products, an IU-specific electronic document front-end, an IU-developed TimeKeeping system for both hourly and biweekly employees, and a Faculty Annual Reporting application.
