Enterprise Service Presentation & Delivery
The Enterprise Service Presentation & Delivery team is responsible for the OneStart project and the User Experience Group (UXG).
OneStart is a web-based enterprise application portal that provides IU students, faculty, staff, and affiliates with one front door to all of the university's administrative business applications. The OneStart team works with many departments throughout IU to assist them in offering their services through the portal.
The User Experience Group assists technology teams in the design, development, and evaluation of computer systems and web sites. The UXG works with clients, both inside and outside IU, to help improve the overall usability of their products by applying a user-centered approach to system development. The UXG offers a variety of proven methods to help increase a system's efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction, and ease of learning.
