Telephony Systems
The Telephony Systems team is responsible for the maintenance of the telephone switches, voice mail systems, conference bridge systems, and other miscellaneous voice applications at IU, and also provides leadership and direction in the development and adoption of new and advanced services such as voice over IP (VoIP) and unified messaging (UM) to meet the current and future needs of the user community.
