Telephone Call Center
IU Call Center staff provide a variety of operator services, including office and department phone numbers for faculty/staff, directory assistance, teleconferencing, and emergency response services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They provide some local numbers as well, and general information regarding campus events. The Call Center employees intend to be a major "front door" to information and people.
