Telephone Call Center
IU Call Center staff provide a variety of operator services including faculty/staff office and department phone numbers, directory assistance, teleconferencing, and emergency response services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They provide some local numbers, and general information regarding campus events. The Call Center employees pride themselves on being a major "front door" to information and people.
