EPIC, the Electronic Procurement and Invoicing Center, is Indiana University's online purchasing application. IU staff access EPIC via OneStart, after first completing the "Acceptable Use Agreement - Access to Technology and Information Resources - Employees"; then your Data Manager or supervisor must submit a request for your access.
