  • Vision: To provide leadership and support in furthering excellence in teaching and learning at Indiana University through innovative teaching practices, existing and emerging technologies, and next-generation learning spaces

The division designs, equips, and maintains learning spaces; consults on the design/redesign of formal and informal learning spaces and the design of integrated AV/IT systems; provides services for videoconferencing, digital media streaming, and digital collaboration; provides support for IT in campus housing and assistance in the Student Technology Centers; provides services for students with disabilities through the Assistive Technology and Accessibility Centers; provides comprehensive support for the instructional design and development of online courses; and provides training and instructional support through its campus centers for teaching and learning and IT Training. Learning Technologies provides all such services on the Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses, with many also offered across all IU campuses.
