IT Community Partnerships
The managers of IT Community Partnerships (ITCP) provide operational leadership for developing, strengthening, and nurturing partnerships and collaboration among UITS and the schools and service units. They seek to establish relationships with IT professionals on all campuses in an effort to build a community with a common bond.
ITCP promotes opportunities to educate the IU community on university-wide IT strategic directions, major initiatives, and the breadth and scope of available UITS services. They work to find opportunities for different departments in the university to collaborate on similar IT projects, and to help facilitate the transition to centralized UITS systems in cases where the departments find it advantageous and desirable to leverage those resources. By representing UITS resources and offerings, the office can help units make informed decisions about IT strategies, budgets, and the IT services they offer and support.
