ARCHIVED: How do I restart my BlackBerry?
To restart/reset your BlackBerry:
- Power down the device.
- Remove the battery, count down for about 30 seconds, and then
reinsert it.
- Restart your device.
Note: It may take several minutes for your BlackBerry to reboot.
