Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
The Business Analysis and Quality Assurance team strives to ensure that Indiana University's learning management system and related learning technologies meet the functional needs of faculty, students, and staff and are relatively free of defects. The staff in this group are responsible for analyzing user needs data (gathered from interviews, surveys, suggestion forms, etc.), developing requirements specifications for system and application enhancements, coordinating functional quality assurance testing activities, evaluating new products, and assisting with major initiatives sponsored by the Learning Technologies division.
