The Knowledge Management (KM) team delivers technical support to the students, faculty, and staff of Indiana University by managing the content delivered from the Knowledge Base repository, and also provides software development and server administration for the underlying tools and systems. The team works with service providers and subject matter experts, both within and external to the IU community, to identify, collect, maintain, and provide information using a model of distributed responsibility for content and centralized publishing.
Note: The legacy Knowledge Base is being replaced by an open-source solution developed at Indiana University using the Scrum framework; see About the Knowledge Management System and the new Knowledge Base.
