Help and support

Indiana University's Web Content Management System (WCMS) is a web application called Cascade CMS by Hannon Hill. The WCMS is a web development environment that publishes static web content to the web hosting environment of your choice. The WCMS is provided free-of-charge to all IU departments, faculty, staff, and student groups who have a full-time faculty or staff administrative sponsor.

Support options

Web Services Support ( supports Indiana University's Web Content Management System, Cascade CMS, when it is not functioning as intended.

Office hours

The WCMS team will hold monthly office hours to assist users and answer questions. Please join us on Zoom ( the second Tuesday of every month from 2:30-3:30pm.

IU Web Framework

The IU Web Framework, created by IU Studios (formerly IU Communications), is not supported by the WCMS Administrators nor Web Services Support. Learn more about IU Web Framework.

Paid Support

The Creative and Web Studio offers project-based services to IU campuses, schools, and departments. Contact them for help with your project.
