Anne Ottenbreit-Leftwich, Ph.D., is the Barbara B. Jacobs Chair in Education and Technology. Dr. Leftwich is a professor of Instructional Systems Technology within the School of Education and an adjunct professor of Computer Science at Indiana University Bloomington.
