The Mosaic Faculty Fellows program is a key component of Indiana University’s Mosaic Active Learning Institute. The Fellows Program provides a dynamic, supportive space for faculty to focus on their commitment to supporting student success by creating inclusive, active learning environments and experiences.
Traditionally, the Mosaic Institute has assembled cohorts of faculty from across disciplines and across IU campuses.
For Spring 2025, the Mosaic Institute is piloting a new “Learning Communities” format with an inaugural community comprised exclusively of faculty from the IU Bloomington School of Education (SoE).
This pilot will inform the future of Mosaic as we move toward a format that leverages the best of both worlds: integrating a mix of individual faculty from across disciplines and across campuses alongside sets of learning communities comprised of faculty who apply together from a single department or unit.
