The Mosaic Initiative has four goals: preparing faculty to teach in active learning environments, building a community, promoting evidence-based teaching, and creating faculty leaders. Mosaic Faculty Fellows go on to mentor colleagues and work with stakeholders to develop new learning spaces at IU.
