Faculty responses:

We’ve got really great people in place, so that helps more than anything.
I hate the classroom display controls in the Main Building at IU Kokomo. They often do not work properly and are difficult to use. I have had more trouble getting the display to turn on since they installed the new controls than I ever did in the past. I have to call UITS to come and fix it at least once per course each semester and I end up wasting class time dealing with the non-functioning display.
I have a strong preference for Zoom, so I hope we can continue to use it. IU eText with DLT is challenging because of the timing issues (generally the DLT is deployed by IU etext too late for me to build my Canvas classes: my campus' preferred deadline is that Canvas courses should be posted 14 days before the beginning of the semester). Also, shout-out to IUK UITS and ATAC for being amazing!
We will be thankful for the planned upgrades in the 007 classroom in the fitness center. Wi-fi connection is not good.

Staff responses:

Undergraduate responses:

Thank you for being so helpful!
Very good and always helpful.
I’m not sure if this is something you guys could change, but I would be extremely beneficial to be able to check off the classes already taken in the iGPS. There are boxes available to check but that is more for class registering. It would just be nice to be able to keep track of progress that way!
When I had issues with Microsoft applications, I got help from a very helpful, knowledgeable and patient representative, and stayed with me through the whole process, which was over an hour.
He resolved all my issues very satisfactorily.

The wifi in the math classrooms in the basement are terrible. A lot of the time, you can’t even get any bars.
There was never enough direction on how to print things when you are new.
I wish some of the IT helpdesk staff were more approachable and warm.
IU Kokomo Hunt Hall I often experience wifi connectivity issues in the afternoons and have to connect to my hotspot to view canvas etc. on my laptop.
Making access into canvas easier.
I'd like to say that evetime id go to tech support in the library they would turn me away saying that they can't help me.

Graduate responses:

New students need some kind of orientation, what are the options we have, at what extent it will be helpful for you. We are the students who doesn’t know about those things at all. But anyway now we managed to learned everything .
Very good technology service that helps me lot as an international student.
